1.1 Digital Delivery

  • All PDF programs are delivered digitally to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery is instant upon successful payment.
  • Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email immediately. If you encounter any issues, contact us at trainintune@trainintune.com.

      2. Returns and Exchanges

      2.1 Refund Policy for Digital Products

      As our PDF programs are digital products, refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

      • The file was not received due to technical issues.
      • The file is corrupted or inaccessible despite following all provided instructions.
      • Multiple charges were processed for the same purchase.

        Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at trainintune@trainintune.com with your name, proof of purchase, and details about the issue.

        2.2 Exchanges or Credits

        • If a customer wishes to exchange their purchase for a different PDF program, requests must be made within 14 days. Contact us to facilitate the exchange.
        • In lieu of refunds, we may offer credits for other products of equal or lesser value.
